At Keralaspice, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy for orders within India.
1. Shipping Timeframe
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on your location, but we strive to ensure timely shipping and safe delivery.
2. Shipping Charges
- South India: INR 90
- Rest of India: INR 90
- Lakshadweep & Andaman Nicobar: INR 150
3. Order Placement
Orders must be placed via our official website, Instagram, or WhatsApp.
4. Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Metropolitan Cities (ROI): 2 to 5 working days
- Remote Areas: 5 to 7 working days
Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier company, but we will track your order and provide updates as much as possible.
5. Tracking and Collection
Customers are advised to monitor their order tracking regularly after shipment for a smooth delivery experience.
Make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
For non-residential addresses (e.g., offices, hotels), you must coordinate with the courier collection point or the courier service itself. If you face any challenges, we’re happy to assist.
Please be aware of any specific collection points (like hostels, gated communities, offices) related to your delivery to avoid any delays.
6. Missed Deliveries
Delivery agents usually do not call ahead of time. They will attempt delivery 1-3 times. If no one is present to receive the package, it will be held at the nearest courier hub. The customer is responsible for contacting the hub to arrange a re-delivery.
In case the package is returned due to non-delivery, the customer will need to pay for the re-shipping.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate, including the correct pin code and state. Any inaccuracies may cause delays or result in the return of the package.
8. Return Due to Non-Delivery
If a package is returned due to the customer’s unavailability to receive it, the standard shipping charges will apply for reshipment.
9. Specific Delivery Dates
If you require delivery on a specific date or wish to delay the delivery, please mention your preferred date in the "Notes" section during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
