At Keralaspice, we prioritize strict quality checks before dispatching our products. As each piece of jewelry is thoughtfully designed and crafted, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds—except in situations where:

• The product is damaged upon arrival.

• You receive the wrong product.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your order is delivered in a damaged or defective condition, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving it.
  • To validate your claim, an unboxing video showing the package being opened in one continuous recording, without pauses or edits, is required.

2. Incorrect Item Delivered

  • If you receive the wrong product, you are entitled to an exchange.
  • An unboxing video must be provided as proof of receiving the incorrect item.
  • The exchange will only be initiated once the wrong product is returned in its original packaging and unused condition.

3. Sale & Discounted Products

  • Products purchased during sales, promotions, or discounts are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at keralaspicestore25@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Include:

• Your order number.

• A clear unboxing video showing the issue.

• Images of the product (if necessary).

3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

4. If approved, we will arrange for a pick-up and initiate the return or exchange process.

 

Important Guidelines

  • Unboxing videos are mandatory for processing any return or exchange request.
  • Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped only after the returned product is received and verified.
  • If the issue is determined to be the result of mishandling after delivery, we will be unable to accept the return or issue a refund.
